Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for claim purposes. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. A restocking fee of 20% may apply. Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
